That’s correct. We started 4Cheap Hosting in 99. That time we rent dedicated servers and performed the maintenance of these servers on behalf of our clients. From 2000 we started this domain in order to use it for virtual domain sales.

- OK I read most of your pages, the FAQ, done some research about your system portions and I think you can host my company’s website. The only thing that troubles me is the support issue you mentioned at your faq

You should not worry about support. We maintain external monitoring services in order to be up to date for the performance of the servers where you host your domain.
We think that the support issue was analyzed at previous faq questions but we also want to add that you will not have to deal with support issue when the system is running perfectly
Also most of the things you can do at your virtual domain, from email setup to the paths you can use for your script are all mentioned at the support section of this page
